My time at Samuel Staffing was filled with misleading promises and unprofessionalism. Leadership was an absolute failure—completely incompetent, dishonest, and unwilling to take accountability. They misled employees about pay—when it would be received, how much, and even changed amounts without notice. The company was in such financial distress that they abruptly closed the office and forced everyone to work remotely. Pay was docked arbitrarily, and employees had to fight just to receive what they were owed. High turnover is a constant issue because once people see how disorganized and unethical things are, they leave. If you're considering working here, think twice. This company is not worth the headache.
