Every review is correct. The good and the bad. Can you handle it? Are you familiar with similar environments? If so you can be very successful here. Misery loves company and creates bonds. If you have a family it will suffer. Holidays are the worst. The smell is horrible. Your car may get ruined. You will be over worked and never shown appreciation.
