      Pros

      quickly learn the ropes of the small business restaurant industry, for better or for worse. free food if you're into it.

      Cons

      rude owner with little regard for employees, at least when I was there. not much else besides that. unfortunately the mood of the owner is the kind of thing that will have an effect on managers and subsequently your enjoyment of the day.

      Pros

      The scheduling is flexible and they can work around a student's schedule. As a server you will learn some kitchen skills which is unique to this restaurant.

      Cons

      They could have been more organized and better staffed.

      - management was competent - schedules were flexible - close to campus, good location for students - previous working experience not necessary

      Cons

      - long hours with little breaks - high turnover
