Exposure to many industries, interaction with multiple CEOs and business decision makers. Given the knowledge of NLP and how to interact with people and how they act.
Cons
Over worked with very low pay No benefits offered and was stated by management that they will never offer any benefits. Told multiple times by CEO that they could pay employees more but are not ready to make more money or undeserving of more pay even though worked overtime and changing schedule with no compensation. Very micro managed company. No individual input into projects given is giving any thought, everything must go through CEO & Executive direct which they will turn your project into theirs. Small projects take very long to be completed due to this. Hypocritical management that coaches clients to act a certain way or how to conduct their business and is not done internally. Employees are an open door due to promises made during interviewing process that do not come to reality once hired. Management acts as though you should be paying them for the chance to work for them. No advancement opportunities. Benefits: 0 vacation days first year, 2-5 years you get 5 vacation days but good luck getting them approved when CEO is off for 6+ weeks a year.
