Pros
Company is privately owned and kinda small in comparison to other manufacturing companies. They are very welcoming and inclusive, the staff are very diverse. Very focus on high quality products.
Cons
The structure is not as organized and transparent as I would personally like. Training for new starters in how to use the internal system is sub par. There is no pay transparency. Some areas of the business is lagging behind progress.
