Pros
You learn things fast. Lots of people around you to teach you what you don't know (which might be a lot!) Exposure to equipment and employee discounts. Networking with other photographers and filmmakers. Good pay and opportunities to make commission!
Cons
A lot of the guys that have been there forever act like it's still the 80s. You'll hear a good amount of inappropriate and misogynistic comments. Tensions tend to be high amongst staff. Coworkers act like friends but all talk about each other behind their backs.
