      Great employee discounts and free rentals after 90 days.

      Cons

      Overwhelmed staff with no sense of project flow or management. Dated systems with no desire to upgrade. Many people in upper level positions making decisions that have no experience dealing with high level decision making. Many workers simply, "Burned out with no desire to make things better".

      Management is very kind and supportive. There’s plenty of room for growth!

      Cons

      The only minor con is since the marketing team is quite small, there is a large workload. Nothing too daunting, and reasonably manageable.
