Cons
WARNING If you work in Purchasing you will be micromanaged to the point of it being a hostile environment. OCD bosses that feel the need to point out miniscule errors in your work while completely dismissing their own larger errors. Didn't provide time to train or to instruct....you will create your own notes, and when asking questions about conflicting information you will get in trouble. You will get in trouble for clocking in a minute early your first week (not joking) HR is disinterested in actually explaining benefits or paperwork. Your emails related to your own work load will not be answered or your requests will be ignored.
