Employees are very dedicated to company and each other. Different events make for different and exciting days. Access to attend other events and great benefits.
Cons
If you are not directly employed with Hockey or arena management side of the business, then you continue to look over your shoulder and are the first to be downsized, can be very stress full and will usually work long hours. Minimal advancement opportunities
