      pay is competitive, hours are great, good work life balance, ability to chart while working

      depending on many factors overtime or extra shifts may be limited, for me they are few and far between.

      Competitive pay was a big pro and company allowed you to select household you felt comfortable to work in.

      biggest con is definitely office staff. they are very unorganized with scheduling.
