Pros
This property is the best. It attracts the highest level clientele of any hotel in the world. The compensation is excellent, and the staff members work as a very strong team.
Cons
As this is one of the premier hotels in the world, there are very high expectations of working here. The work can be quite structured, but it's to provide consistent service to guests and to facilitate productive practices amongst employees.
