Pros
- New Management with transformational leadership has truly changed the vision and outlook of SanBio - Many new changes that have put an emphasis on employees and patients - Exciting technology and really intelligent, high-performing teams - Growth and expansion ahead as a global company - Startup company environment where everyone knows everyone
Cons
- Benefits and stock options are not to industry standard (but hopefully changes will be coming) - Buildings for U.S. site are not conducive to attracting talent and limiting to future capacity as company expands
