Pros
Laid back. Easy work. No mandatory weekends. Offer bonuses dependent on performance. Some staff is helpful and nice if not always willing to invest in co-workers.
Cons
Not challenging. Not much room for growth. Poor pay. Mediocre but cheap benefits. Management seems very inefficient only taking action after being prompted. Seem to blame employees for mistakes despite giving unclear or incomplete instruction. Employees have no reservations talking about people behind their back. Passive aggressive at times. Less focused on working as a team, more interested in padding their own numbers. High turnover rate among non-management.
