- work from home - can usually choose schedule - very good training, if a little too long! - if you want to stay in one position your entire career, they are fine with that
Cons
- too much micromanaging, oversight, call center/robotic feel - low pay - not a lot of opportunities to advance within the company - Hard to incorporate all your talents in this position
