Pros
Ownership, team....product, and services. One bad egg seems to spoil it for the bunch. Treated fairly by ownership. Subsidized lunch room, large budget for spending was a plus.
Cons
Middle management claims to run the place, uses relationship with ownership as leverage to getting what they want. The company culture is real, but not with all.
