We are happy to hear that you have enjoyed the stability of our company, our employee product discount, the casual dress environment, and our onsite café. Our company has experienced incredible growth over the past 48 years. During that time, our culture has evolved as our population grew but continues to be shaped around our SanMar family values. In 2019, we’ve made a concentrated effort to have fewer small fundraisers and offer more purely fun events to appreciate our employees. That being said, partnering with local non-profit organizations for our annual charitable giving campaign is near and dear to our family owners and an important piece of how we engage with and give back to our local community.
