      Work from home 100%. Amazing team, nice customers, solid leadership.

      Pay is way too low for the amount of work required. Turnover seems high. Metrics are micromanaged at times.

      consistent schedule no weekends decent health and other benefits

      lower pay, many people have second jobs increasing levels of inconsistency, bureaucracy, and ambiguity during quick growth
