Pros
Work from home and client relationships were awesome. The first 5 years were great.
Cons
Poor upper management. Ever since Jeremy Lott took over as CEO, there was a major change in expectations and management decisions. I should add that Glassdoor should change the CEO listed, as Marty has not been the CEO for at least 2 years. There was a lack of transparency, not only to the employees but to our customers as well. So much so, that we were forbidden to tell our customers, certain business actions, that I believe were important to communicate to our customers. In my opinion, they felt that it would effect their image and bottom line. We were severely understaffed and expected to juggle multiple roles. On top of this, we were set up to fail on a terrible new system. They expected far too much with such little pay. They say business is personal, for me they do not practice what they preach.
