Pros
Offer insurance, vision, dental, pet, life, 401k, overtime is mostly optional and the work isn't hard. I have enjoyed working here for the most part.
Cons
Management doesn't care. It is frustrating because I enjoy working here but the culture has become toxic. Leads think they're better than the average worker, it takes forever to speak with someone in management and hr is no better. I spent a week trying to get in touch with hr about something simple.
