Pros
I learned a lot about myself working here, how to stand up for myself and how to value myself. The team is close knit and upper management is terrible or wonderful depending on who it is. But its all disorganized.
Cons
there is a forged in fire mentality that is quite unhealthy for most employees. I came away stronger but I felt beaten down to get there and that is not right. Some upper management is lovely but VP and CEO rule with an iron fist.
