Interesting, varied work. A variety of characters employed alongside.

Hierarchical, not in a good way. Can be creative in controlling this and that, rather than in the work, affecting the quality of the deliverables. Self importance goes a long way. A fair amount of silo thinking. If you are good at what you do they may not know this.
