      - customer engagement - good co-workers - flexible hours - can be fast paced - play for free on the clock (training)

      Cons

      - micro-management depending on leadership - can have slow days - may be asked to stay home due to labor spending (hours aren’t guaranteed) - props break / cheaply made equipment - no incentive for up-selling

      It's fun; you can learn a lot, and you can meet people.

      Cons

      Management is horrible; we're not able to receive new batteries so the store can operate properly & have consistent tech issues.
