This is a brand new, blue ocean market and we're not afraid to just try new things. Lots of freedom and responsibility, all that you can handle. World class leadership and team members supported by the best investors in the world. Kanye West got his mind blown.

What we're doing is stupidly technically and operationally complicated, and we're still trying to figure it out. We are remotely distributed across the world and timezones can be a problem. We're a young company still grappling with culture, process, and leadership. We don't pay at the top of market.
