And with VR advancing at the rate it is there are always new upgrades to the technology and experiences that keep the work environment fresh and exciting. As a Manager, you get a decent amount of autonomy on how to run your store and ensure it’s successful and it’s incredibly rewarding to see your ideas and work translate into tangible achievements and those achievements rarely go unnoticed by upper management. Overall, as a Manager and VR enthusiast, working at SandboxVR is the most fun I’ve yet to have at a job. The job is demanding and certainly requires a self-starter and entrepreneurial attitude. The success and ease of your job is completely dependent on your management style, implementation of operational procedures and overall approach to tech maintenance. Working at SandboxVR is equally rewarding as it is challenging and perfect for those with a competitive nature and desire to optimize operations.
