The culture is collaborative and people want to win together.

We are shifting from research to a revenue-supported business. That pivot is difficult. Product-market fit is being discovered in real time which leads to ambiguity and shifting priorities. Standard playbooks often do not apply here. You must be comfortable executing without perfect infrastructure in place. If you need rigid structure and clarity, you will struggle here.
