NTESS is clueless - Staff Engineer Sandia National Laboratories Employee Review

The new managing company NTESS is inexperienced and has done a poor job at managing the labs. As a consequence, they are squishing employee moral. They roll things out without thinking of the consequences and only thinking of how the bottom line looks (most things intended to save actually cost more tax money). In my humble opinion, they do not have the best interest of the American tax payer in mind. It's starting to become a quantity over quality place (just like Honeywell). I've been increasingly disappointed by the upper management.
