Comfortable, even pace of work. job security if you like the environment. not micromanaged
Cons
Contracted employees means no benefits, no pto, no vacation, no insurance, not even allowed to attend company lunches and social events. Worst pay I have ever had. Office politics are rampant. Managers don't care about their employees or interpersonal relationships.
