Excellent environment, exciting developments - Manager Sandoz Employee Review

In spite of the current spin off, I am amazed how well the teams work together. There is such a collegial and friendly atmosphere even under this enormous transformation. I believe this is a consequence of a true compromise to the company´s philosophy from all layers of management. The Holzkirchen site is a bit remote but very cosy .
