      Learn how to run a business because that’s what you have to do. Become tough and resilient.

      Cons

      Had incentives, took them away to save costs. Only incentive is to make budget seasonally or if you sell the most of the bottom seller, only one person gets to win and it’s the bottom seller for a reason.
