Nice people, great compensation, some nice swag, office is beautiful, culture is one of respect and kindness and patience.

Admin team stretched very thin and is not operating under a sustainable structure. If we lose one person to vacation or extended leave, which happens frequently, the house of cards collapses and now you have one person supporting ten people or more which is unthinkable in any other company.
