There are a lot of passionate, hardworking people here. Lower management does their best and the pharmacy is kept up to code with strict standards regarding cleanliness. Benefits are decent

Upper management is a mess. They will move you around with absolutely no notice and no say. I was told this is normal. One instance where a coworker asked for a written contract of all the new duties they've taken on was met with a "Go home". The coworker quit not long after. Raises are abysmal as well.
