Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and for recognizing the impact of your direct leadership. It’s great to hear their support comes through in your day-to-day work. We also hear your concern about the disconnect across teams. Improving collaboration between admissions and onsite staff has been a big focus, and your perspective can really help us keep moving in the right direction. If you’re open to it, we’d love for you to connect with your leader or our People & Empowerment Team to share more about what you’re seeing and any ideas you have for strengthening those communication loops. Your insight matters, and we appreciate everything you contribute.

Pros

For some roles there is some flexibility and there are a few genuine and good people.

Cons

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this organization as a place of employment. Some of the concerns noted in other reviews were consistent with what I observed during my time there. In my role, expectations often felt misaligned with the actual scope of responsibilities, and there was a recurring pattern of increased workload without an adjustment in compensation. The starting compensation range for many roles also appeared low relative to the level of responsibility required. The individuals working within the organization are highly educated and qualified professionals, and my experience suggests a need for more sustainable compensation structures in relation to workload and expectations. At times, there also appeared to be a limited understanding of the demands placed on clinicians and site leadership, from the perspective of leadership and HR, which impacted clarity around roles and workload distribution. Additionally, the organization would benefit from improved structure, coordination, and more consistent internal processes, as there are inefficiencies related to how the organization operates. Overall, my experience reflects ongoing structural and operational challenges that made the work environment difficult.
