      Pros

      Full control of your own work. Colleagues are easy to get along with. In-house Studio.

      Cons

      No incentives to do well. Lack of leadership. One main client. Everything is your fault - client's error = your fault. vendor's error = your fault. colleague's error = your fault. Health benefits are cheaper on your own.

      Pros

      Nice people, good compensation and Sandy is totally dedicated to her work. It is not cut-throat like my last job but rather it is a place where you can discuss your concerns and ask for help.

      Cons

      The workload is a bit hard, but it also makes the day seem to fly by. Turn-around is quick and requires real concentration,, but I guess this is now the norm.
