Balancing Tradition and Innovation: With our emphasis on tradition and values, at times, SSFS finds it challenging to balance these aspects with the need for innovation and adaptation to modern educational trends. Compensation: With SSFS being a small, independent, non-profit institution, SSFS's (and MANY other independent schools in the area) salaries, on average, are on the lower end of the scale.
