Pros
Great city to work for. The citizens really do care about and support the officers and the department. Great officers to work with in a daily basis.
Cons
Toxic command staff. People have been promoted into positions and treat everyone below them like they are nothing. People are micromanaged, treated like they don’t know how to do their job and no care is given to how they want their career to progress only how they want you too. If it is decided that you will advance it’s up to them no matter what you do.
