A nice compensation package. Some good discounts from their stores and affiliates. Health insurance. Friendly and helpful colleagues.
Cons
-Chaotic work allocation. -Limited resources prevents efficient work. -Poor management. Very selective interactions. Offers no feedback. Blames workers for mistakes outside their control. HR staff is more friendlier. Some don't know what the people under them do and allegedly give tasks not suited for their role. -Unclear hiring standards. Not sure what they want from a new hire.
