Pros

hype working place (used to be unsure now) alcohol and weed at every single party, cool industry tickets has plenty of people who believe in the brand pivot and ceo/founder

Cons

lies and non-transparent model of operations large portions of teams' feedbacks left unaddressed junior attitudes at senior levels, also white german male club 'most roles underpaid while friends get raises' compensation model dull & mainly dead office, people don't really socialise too much and are scared of losing their jobs if they say something wrong to some people I think

Pros

My experience working here has been overwhelmingly positive, a sentiment largely attributed to the friendly colleagues and the meaningful impact we're encouraged to drive. The flexible working hours support a healthy work-life balance without compromising our clear focus on results and performance. The leadership team seems to have a clear understanding of the path needed to take, consists of visionaries instead of micro-managers, and are risk-takers who remain approachable. We are provided with context and clear goals, that are both inspirational and pragmatic, even though the fast-paced startup environment sometimes introduces a sense of chaos and actionism. I've observed some negative comments online but feel they don't reflect my experience. It's worth noting that such feedback could come from those who have faced layoffs — a very sad, challenging but sometimes necessary aspect of business, particularly in startups. In my opinion, this hasn't overshadowed the positive work culture or the abundant opportunities for growth and learning - if you really want it. In essence, if you value meaningful work, in a unique industry, and appreciate a collegial atmosphere, this place stands out. Challenges exist, as they do in any company, especially startups in this economic time, but the positives significantly outweigh the negatives.

Cons

One aspect that could be improved is the challenge of connecting with colleagues regularly due to many of us working from home. This remote setup, while offering flexibility (that i really value), on the flip-side, makes the office feel a bit empty and can hinder the spontaneous communication that help strengthen team bonds. Furthermore the vastness of data, the array of software, and the complex nature of the business model, sometimes makes finding relevant information very tedious and difficult. However, this is a minor issue in the grand scheme of things and something many companies are navigating in the current work climate.
