Good place - Recruiter Sans Consulting Employee Review

SANS has an amazing work environment, diverse personalities, and get to work with high-profile companies. Great chemistry with coworkers has always been important to me and SANS took the cake when I began to have 100% great working relationships. HR is awesome, and so is the CEO and VP. They're all down to Earth and will treat you like family. There is no micro management as long as you're contributing to the company.

The place is a great starting point for a college student, but that's it.

Employees great treated like trash. Lack of support from upper management and the owners are completely checked out. Management is cheap and does not want to invest into the company, they claim to be a multi-million dollar a year company yet they can't even upgrade their own computers. They'll just swap you machine with another broken PC. Don't bother asking for support if you have clients, you'll be talking to deaf ears. The reviews are written by management (Fact) The salaries here are inflated. (Fact) Management would rather watch you fail (Fact) Owners are interested in other ventures instead of their own company (Fact) Just stay away from this place. Unless you are interested in watching your career go down the tubes
