Pros
The team here is really supportive and passionate about what they do, everyone works extremely hard - be prepared to pull your weight! The benefits are excellent, and the company goes the extra mile to take sure everyone is comfortable and taken care of. As long as you get your work done and keep a good attitude, things are pretty easygoing and overall, rewarding.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but this place isn't for someone looking to just show up and collect a paycheck - it's easy to see when someone isn't doing their part.
