      Pros

      Very flexible hours. You can add/drop hours however it fits into your schedule and they are very accommodating. Staff and management are very friendly Good COVID precautions and safety measures Union protected Lots of opportunities for upward mobility

      Cons

      Wages aren't the greatest. But at least there is a COLA and step increase from union contract
