Working with animals was nice

The current executive director is woefully incompetent. After this last round of "lay-offs," I hope the board of directors can see through this man's sham. After just a simple Google search, one can learn how he's run many other shelters into the ground and allegedly used shelter funds for his own personal financial gain. It's so sad for all the animals that will suffer because of this man's cruelty and and incompetency.
