      The college is severely behind the times - so the work is outdate yet simple.

      Cons

      SRJC has a very toxic, anti-staff environment - especially from management and upper level administration. Nepotism reigns for promotion opportunities, and many hiring practices skirt the law.

      Very nice people, very nice location, good benefits, great mission.

      Cons

      Low accountability, poor understanding of and lack of interest in best practices and (in some cases) legal and government guidelines/protocols (e.g. HR and DOL).
