Pros
Some of the management will go above and beyond for you. Since the offshore managers have been hired, there is little to no help when a issue arises or you need a question answered.
Cons
Leadership and HR only care about stats and not employees. My daughter passed away 8 months ago and I was put into a very high stress queue 4 months after she passed. Then fired for "performance" after 7 years of working for this company.
