Pros
As in any large company, there are some very good people at Santander who genuinely care about making a positive difference. However, with Santander's high rate of organization change and employee turnover, you really shouldn't make a decision about whether or not to join the company based on who your colleagues will be.
Cons
Santander continues to face many challenges, including poor financial performance, frequent changes in executive leadership resulting in frequent changes in strategic direction, a significant lack of resources in most areas, high employee turnover, low employee morale and the prospect of failing the regulatory "stress test" for three years in a row.
