Work environment downtown is *terrible* -- everyone works at long tables (no real desks or cubes), no privacy anywhere - everything is glass, concrete and superbright white flourescent bulbs. This is for everyone - doesn't matter if you are an attorney or a data entry clerk. They simply do not trust or respect their employees.
