Company pinics, And some good co workers, and single health benefits, but if you have a family not the place to work extremely high cost will take your whole check.

They do have yearly gatherings at the waterpark they buy park out which is nice. When your not the worker who does the day in day out functions of the job, and you are clueless of what it really takes to make offices flow, be humble listen to your team and make changes or as stated move your workers up and promote from within, they are the ones that have earned the trust from their peers and will understand things that can never be taught, and make the best supervisors that are approachable and will get the team motivated because they enjoy working for them as they know they have their back and can relate. Corporate key people such"Scott Wells" can really try to bring back what Sante was ..a place that workers were taken care of especially the little but mighty workers. That made sante what it is.
