easy to get in through reference or show-off in your resume, no deadline, no timesheet, no work pressure, allows to take leaves(un-paid) in bulk, no supervison of your work, you can literally sit in front of your pc whole day saying you are connected to clients and pass years in this company,

Regular but late salary, all saturdays working, and long working hours all days very few public holidays, same work throught your stay, wether it is one year or more than 10 years, emp doing almost same work since years, no good policies for employee, say, very chindi management always looking to deduct emp-salaries, emotional crying drama by boss showing fake balance sheet in excel to prove company is in loss to avoid bonus or increment of senior emps. very bad quality TEA,

Good start for fresher but my suggestion not more than 2 years Employees are hard workers and friendly in nature Large but unprofessional customer base

Heavy work load Outdated technology Even Sunday working Public holiday working Roaming unscheduled work for freshers Seniors are not co operative Company growth neither growing nor down from last 10-12 years Leave issues Strict environment Strict reporting Low salary compared to workload No any benefits for employees No work life balance No IT culture
