      In some teams, the team lead is not good enough for Associate who are just starting their careers. Internal framework, which is totally legacy application, is used.

      Great people prior to the change in administration.

      Cons

      Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
