      1) Good opportunities 2) Quality work 3) Good exposure for freshers 4) Improved HR policies from Ibexi times 5) Helpful coworkers

      1) Compensation is lower 2) Less onsite opportunities 3) High pressure on employees in Indian projects 4) No training team, people from high pressure projects are dragged as trainer forcefully.

      Great people prior to the change in administration.

      Cons

      Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
