1. no need to have that much knowledge to go onsite. They offer it like snacks in specific project. 2. Some B. A' s are super talented for not doing their piece of work & manage to put the blame easily on developers shoulder. Requirements change repeatedly no matter how long you put efforts & all because of having no proper requirement. 3. If you can entertain management no issues to get rewarded with best performer badge. 4. Performance Ratings done based on entertainment level of employees more then their efficacy level 5. People get offered for team lead either without having enough knowledge. 6. Indian Managers are like puppet of head office. 7. No work-life balance.
